How do I begin...? I started this journey not knowing what to expect. Prior to the YOR products, I was very weak, sickly and lazy. I was never one to be a gym junkie or even be up on a weekend before 1pm! But throughout this challenge I was going to the gym at least 4 times a week and attending 8am bootcamps on a Saturday!! I didn't loose any weight but I felt changes in body, energy levels were increased, immune system improved and my body feels firmer. I used to always be bloated and in food comas after every meal! And because I love eating and and struggle to diet the YOR digestive, probiotics and fibre did wonders! My bloating decreased, my bowel movements were regular and best of all no more food comas!! My challenge consisted of 4 visits to the gym a week; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday was 30min HIIT classes, Saturday 60min bootcamp and Sundays was 60min Body Balance class for a good stretch. My diet wasn't the greatest, I replaced 1 meal a day 5x a week with the YOR shake (vanilla shake, frozen mango and muesli or frozen berries and muesli)and then ate as normal; fast food, asian take away, eat out at least once a week and big breakfasts on weekends (bacon, sausages, eggs and more bacon!!). My product regime was; YOR Repair 1 first thing in the morning and 1 before going to bed(if I worked extra hard I'd take 2 before bed), YOR Probiotic 1 before bed. YOR Digest and YOR Vitamins with lunch and dinner. My supergreens (YOR supergreens, Berry Blast and Fibre) every morning without fail. I've enjoyed my journey and challenging my body to reach new levels and that's whithout sacrificing my love for food.
