I started off just after Christmas at 77kgs.
And finished my challenge at 82kgs
The products that I take Greens, Fiber, Probiotics, these helped alot with digestive function and energy levels.
Enzymes to help with digestion and to get right nutrients from my food.
Berry blast for pre workout and MRP YOR Shake after work outs and to replace meals.
the shake is also great with oats before a work out early in the morning!
Superslims also for energy and cut cravings for unnecessary junk food.
After suffering an injury last year at the end of this challenge I was back to lifting at my PB in Bench and Dead lift and many other major lifts on back and shoulders, really happy with the overall results. time to start round 2 of 2015!!

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
