When i first began this 8 week challenge I didn't really understand my nutrition, or body. My eating habits was terrible. I would work out and eat what ever I wanted right after. I took my YorHealth products but I was not consistent with it. I had no regimen. Once I joined the challenge my hole perspective of eating healthy changed. I began take my Yor products more consistently and began a regimen. Goal was to gain 8 pounds but lost 2 because my body became leaner and got rid of the baggage I was eating. Today I'm faster, stronger and most important of all I have a mindset of eating better and healthier. I don't have the best physical result yet but i sure do have the mental result today! The 8 week challenge has transformed my lifestyle.
