I have spent the last 2 years with depression and digestive issues and the Yor health products have been life changing for me !I competed in 2012 and lets just say my comp prep was less than perfect. After competing at the Nationals I was hospitalised as my liver and pancreas were not functioning. From there I got post comp depression. This was extremely difficult on my family as i would basically hide in my bedroom and not interact- I have 4 young kids and they couldn't understand what was wrong with their daddy and why he didn't want to do anything with them. To make matters worse every time i would eat I would feel sick and my stomach would blow up like i was six months pregnant- i would be in complete agony. I didn't want to eat, I didn't want to train, I didn't want to be around my family. I just didn't know what to do. I ended up going on prescription medication for the depression which helped my head but not my guts- I was still in agony every time i ate. My wife was studying health coaching and was desperately trying to help me- I was taking so many supplements it was ridiculous, I was taking kefir, HCL, probiotics the list was endless but nothing was working. I cut out dairy and wheat which helped a little but was still in pain and bloated. I was constantly run down. I had resigned myself to the fact that this was the way my life was going to be until a friend of mine Matt Bate suggested his Go Greens protocol. After day 4 i was so ill, I felt like I had the flu. Matt said this was common as i was detoxing. I felt like this for about 2 days. Then the most amazing thing happened. I felt like a veil had been lifted. For the first time in 2 years I was able to eat without being in pain. I had more energy than i could remember and wanted to play with the kids. I cannot begin to tell you how ecstatic i was. I have tried everything and this has been the only thing that has worked for me. I am still off wheat and dairy but I am also off my antidepressants. I feel alive again and i have dropped 8 kilos in the eight week challenge and look and feel amazing again ! These products have been life saving for me and it will be a protocol that I will do for the rest of my life ! I took probiotics when I first got up then 20 mins later I had go green berry blast and fiber all together - morning tea was Yor shake with Yor essential vitamins at 3 pm I had supergreens and berry blast and fiber all together -before I went to bed I had Yor repair ! Can't wait till the next 8week challenge !
