When I started this challenge honestly I didn't feel ready. I was getting over the flu but a YOR Health team member of mine put me up for the challenge. This was hard too due to living in New Jersey we had snow twice a week and temperatures didn't even hit 20 as a high. Dealing with ice and traveling to the gym was nearly impossible and I was discouraged that I wouldn't make progress. I sat myself down and got my regimen together along with a meal plan. I had to prepare my diet and started finding ways to do some exercise. The building where I work has 13 floors so on my breaks I would walk from the 9th floor down to the lobby and then all the way up to the 13th floor twice a day. Being at my desk there were a couple of exercises I incorporated; squats, leg lifts, overhead presses and abdominal flexes...whatever worked! My regimen included the following: Probiotic upon rising, digest with all three meals, CompleteBurn about 10am and about 4pm, somewhere either before breakfast or mid morning I would make a concoction of Fiber, SuperGreens and Berry Blast. I'm such a fan of Vanilla MRP and sometimes would even mix my Berry Blast in that to make it taste like Strawberry Milk from when I was a kid. So scrumptious!! Nightly I would take YOR Repair to ease any muscle tightness. Taking the supplements alone can introduce your body to them but when you give them something to work with, they actually work more than expected. That's why I was fully surprised and shocked to see that during my Best Body Challenge I had leaned out nicely. Even with not losing the weight I managed to shred the fat and keep the muscle. After this being my 3rd Challenge I can say that I am proud of myself. The best is yet to come being a part of YOR Health!!
