My name is Cristina and I joined the 8 week challenge to see what I could achieve in this time after hitting a plateau for a few months.
I included the Yor Health products into my training regime, I trained 3-4 times a week for at least an hour. Every morning I would start my day with Yor Super Greens and Yor Berrie Blast and follow that up with a Yor Protein Shake and add in some mixed berries, before I would have lunch or dinner I would have a Yor Super Slim and a Digest tablet during my meals. On the days I had training I would replace a dinner with a Yor Protein Shake.
In this time I lost 3kg and 29cm off my bust, waist and hips I am currently the lightest, strongest and healthiest I have ever been in my life. I got to do things that people take for granted like going to the beach and wearing a bikini - which I had never done before, going clothes shopping and having no issues and clothes actually being big for me. I learned to love my body and be proud of body parts that I once hated and to me that is the most important part. Being happy and healthy shouldn't be defined by numbers and the amount I achieved in such a short amount of time is incredible and im so proud of. Possibilities are absolutely endless when you have your mind set to something and are motivated!
