Well what an amazing 8 weeks! I started the challenge at 63kg and finished on 60kg!

This challenge has taught me a lot about myself but what it taught me most was that I am stronger than I think I am. I've always struggled to lose those extra kilos but now that I've lost 3kg in 8 weeks on the Yor supplements, I'm certain that I can continue to smash more goals!

I didn't change my diet extremely, I stuck to what I usually eat on a daily basis along with my super greens/fibre/berry blast twice a day. MRP after each workout and another through the day. I was training more than I regularly do, sometimes twice a day 4/5 a week... And scoffing down my muscle repair so I could continue to keep at it in the gym!

Without the supergreens and fibre I wouldn't have gotten the results I have. I'm now addicted to my supergreens and could not go a day without them!! I'm no longer feeling bloated after my meals, and feeling so much lighter through the day!
