When I started this challenge I was at 65.3kg and aiming to slim down a little and also build up a bit more lean muscle. I was able build lean muscle onto my chest while lowering my body fat and finish at 63.3kg!
I started each and every day with a Berry Blast, Fibre and Supergreens to really help energise me throughout the daily workouts and work as well. I was lucky enough to train at least once a day which helped me keep on track for building muscle.
Before my 3 main meals each day I would have my Super Slim, Digest Ultra and 2 Vitamins which was great for getting that energy from my food.
And lastly at the end of each day I would take my Probiotics and Repairs to help my digest and be ready for the next day!
I absolutely loved this challenge! It was great because I really wanted to prove to myself that I could bulk up and build up my physique instead of slim down, which I did in my first challenge in May 2014. What was truly great was that I was able to build muscle and lose fat at the same time - and with this I've been able to take my fitness journey to a whole new level!
