I was in reasonable shape at the beginning of this challenge however I knew I was coming into a tough pre season training block with footy so felt that I could add some lean muscle and improve my shape a bit more. I have previously come 3rd, and then 2nd in my previous challenges so I am still chasing the elusive 1st spot! Over the last 8 weeks I have been more diligent than ever with my diet/supplement regime, and also my training program. I have been lifting weights at least 4 times a week, with footy training and cardio 3 times a week, and some yoga and lots of stretching in between to prevent injuries.
I've ended up staying the same weight as I am pretty happy with where I am but I have dropped my body fat percentage more and added lean muscle in certain areas, in particular my arms, shoulders, chest, and legs.

Once again the supps have been incredible and an integral part of my training program. I take the pro biotics and repair every night before bed to help with my gut health and recovery while I sleep. Doing this alone has helped me dramatically with my immune health, energy, and general well being.

I take the supergreens every morning with juice on an empty stomach to make sure it's all absorbed well and this gives me incredible energy throughout the day. I often take another greens before bed as well.
With cooked meals I have my digestive enzymes and I know this has helped my body absorb the nutrients i've needed to maintain and build a lean body and sustain the training loads.
I also take the multivitamins when I wake up and go to bed and the berry blast before workouts so I can train with high power an intensity
I'm sure i'm up against some other incredible results but I feel very proud of effort i've sustained over the last 3 challenges and am excited about the possibility of a 1st spot!
