My Starting weight was 103.8kg, My finish weight after 8 weeks was 95.3kg

I replaced 1 meal per day with the shakes and then took another shake after working out at the gym or if I got a bit hungry during the day. My dinners included alot of chicken with veges, and some brown rice at times as well.
I have been doing one bootcamp on a Saturday morning, and worked out for 50-60 mins at the gym 3 days per week (sometimes more)
The biggest difference I have noticed is the reduction in recovery time after bootcamp, when I started it took me a week to recover!! now I am ready to get back to the gym the day after. I have also noticed that my blood pressure which I have been medicated for years on, has become alot more stable, I am confident that on the next trip to the doctors I may even be able to reduce my dosage. The past 8 weeks have been a lifestyle change for me and now even though the challenge is finished I have created new "healthy" habits and will continue with the gym, bootcamps and YOR products.
