I started with a weight of 51.7 kgs, my goal was 47 kgs, but I just got a final result of 49.20 kgs.
My daily routine consists on an effective hour at the gym, followed by a balanced diet which definitely includes the YOR Health products.
MORNING:
2 REPAIR and 1 PROBIOTIC
BEFORE MY EXERCISE ROUTINE
1 scoop of SUPERGREENS and ½ a scoop of FIBER PLUS.
After my exercise routine my healthy breakfast 3 eggs with vegetables, 1cup of fruit, and tea or coffee
AFTERNOON:

Chicken chest with salad, 2 tortillas and natural water
At 6pm MY SUPERGREENS 1 scoop
