Estoy super contenta, baje 9 kg en 8 semanas!! La verdad que tengo años batallando con mi peso y la unica manera en que lo habia logrado fue para mi boda y arriesgue mucho mi salud.

Mi rutina consiste en tomar al despertar 1 capsula de YOR Probiotics Ultra y 2 de Yor Repair, desayuno una malteada Yor MRP, de colacion como fruta o a veces Yor Supergreens, antes de la comida tomo 1 capsula de Yor Digest Ultra y 2 de Essential Vitamin en la tarde hago otra colacion y ceno otra malteada y antes de dormir 2 Yor Repair.
La malteada me da mucha saciedad por lo que fue facil ser constante.
Solo 4 semanas hice bicicleta fija y tomo Yor Berry blast con lo que siento una notable diferencia en mi nivel de energia.
