This is my second round of the challenge and I will admit it was a little more challenging this time around!

It was after the festive season that I realised just how much I love yor health products!
I forgot to take my products on holiday with me and combine that with poor nutrition choices and boy did my body suffer!
I was fatigued, tired and extremely bloated.
I managed to get to the the gym 3 times per wk and do one HIIT class. I also started meditation to help balance life with a baby and going back to work.
I changed my workouts from cardio to strength based and this is when I discovered the power of the repair capsules. These are phenomenal! Not only was I experiencing less soreness post exercise and a quicker recovery but my stamina and endurance improved significantly. I was able to outlast the guys! ;)

My routine consisted of 2 x repair capsules upon rising then supergreens, berry blast and fibre before breakfast.
Digest and multi at lunch and tea.
Probiotic and 2 x repair at bedtime.
I would have an extra berry blast pre workout and a choc MRP post gym or as an afternoon snack. Try it with Greek yoghurt for a chocolate moose dessert, it's delicious!!

This time around it was a massive wake up call. The food we eat can by thy medicine or it can poison us.
