So before I get into how my challenge played out I want to start off by saying that this best body challenge has been quite the journey. Back in December of 2012 I recall getting a phone call from a Mr. Trent Haery telling me in a very excited manner about the best body challenge and how it has changed and asking me if I was going to be a part of challenge group 1 to kick this new exciting event off! Of course finding out how it was going to change I was excited to say the least but I remember as soon as Trent asked if I was going to do it I replied with, "Trent Im not only going to do it, im going to win it." Now some may be wondering how I ended up in group 6 if I was set on winning the first challenge way back in January, and to keep a long story short, surgery. I ended up going back into surgery for my left knee (this was the third surgery on it in the past 6 months, initial injury was a broken patella) 2 days after telling my mentor and up line that I was going to win the whole best body challenge group 1! I was torn to say the least. I remember talking with Trent a few days after finding out I needed surgery again, I told him the new and I think he could tell I was pretty upset about the set back. Trent being Trent simply said, "Ok no worries, there is always another one." and for those of you who know Trent Haery this is a total Trent response. He is the kind of guy you could tell, "hey Trent man, ummm, well, the world is ending tomorrow." and he would be cool casual and respond with something along the lines of, "eh its ok, we will figure something out." his attitude alone has pulled me back more than once from hard times because no matter what, he is positive and solution orientated. So I had my third surgery, was on the slow road to recovery and upon finally getting the brace off a little over 2 months after my surgery, group 6 was about to start. I literally started physical therapy and attempting to walk again right as I signed up for group 6 in the best body challenge. This is where the journey took place. From day 1 to day 56 I learned to not only walk again but I started to run again 2 days before the end of this challenge. I went from 213lbs. of flabby mess to 208lbs. of a little less flabby mess, up to 225lbs. of muscle and a little flab back down to 220lbs. of almost a solid state. As you can see from the goal I had I was 5lbs. shy of the weight I wanted, but I ended up gaining a lot more muscle and motivation then I thought possible in 8 weeks. I have graduated from physical therapy and moved on to gym therapy, went from barely being able to stand to running, and from a 213lb mess to 220lb motivated. This best body challenge and the amazing product line have turned my life around. The therapists and doctors to this day ask me how the heck in this short of time was I able to make such progress and im blown away every time they ask because with the group of people this company has given and the amount of support and motivation I feel from them I feel like this is just the start. Ok ok so on to the required information, before and after weight: 213lbs. and ended at 220lbs. I took all the products, MRP, Fiber, Super greens, Berry Blast, Complete Burn, Digest, Probiotics, Repair(this product alone did more for me then I think I even know during my recovery process) and of course the Yor vitamins. I took them every single day in the prescribed doses, well except Yor Repair, if it was possible to overdose on that one I would have by the amounts I was shoveling into my system to get better! I replaced lunch with a shake filled with all the powders which helped me shed fat faster than I ever have before. On top of a new healthy diet and the products I was hitting the gym 5-6 days a week and physical therapy on top of it. This challenge kept me going, many days I would get back from work and want to take a nap, then I would think, “I have a challenge to win” and id pull myself up from the couch and head to the pool or gym. Without this challenge and the amazing product line I would not be this far into recovery or have the support from people all over the globe who I now consider my family, whether I win the products or not I have already won this challenge because it has 360ed my life back into a positive state!
