What a journey!

I started the 8 week challenge in the worst shape I have ever been at 148kg. I have finished the fittest, strongest, fastest, healthiest and happiest I have ever been at 136kg!!

Although I was a long way off my goal weight I am still very happy as I have put on a lot of muscle. I also lost 15cm off my waist, 5cm off my chest and 3.3% off my body fat percentage!!

There is no way I could of got these results without the Yor Health products. I used the Yor digestives before every meal and they really helped me to digest the food (I won't go into details!). The Yor MRP helped to stop the afternoon cravings and the Yor Berry Blast/Super greens gave me plenty of energy for my morning and afternoon workouts. Yor repair helped me to recover from the more heavy sessions which meant I could train again sooner.

For the first couple of weeks I trained about 4 afternoons a week, mostly weights with a bit of cardio. As time went on I found I had a whole lot more energy and started to train about 10 times per week, steadily increasing my strength, speed and fitness.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to the Yor Health Family in New Zealand, especially to Ming and Rob. They gave me tips, provided free training sessions and motivated me daily throughout the entire 8 weeks. You guys have changed my life!

The 8 week challenge has helped me to form good habits that I know will keep me healthy for the rest of my life. My next goal is to do a sculpt challenge and get rid of the rest of the spare tyre around my waist!
