This is my first really challenge I've undertaken as the first one I had a few health issues going on. I wanted to start the new year in the best shape and me I could. The yor health products have helped me get the most out of my diet and as a vegetarian it really helps as keeping my iron up is a big struggle. My super greens, berry buzz and fibre is the only way for me to start the day and get the best out of it. I need to say a big thank you to my amazing and talented friend Greg and fellow yor health member who not only got me on to these amazing products and getting the best of my diet and body, but for all his support, advice and motivation. I couldn't have done it without him and I look forward to many more challenges and being the best we can be! <3
