During this challenge my starting weight was 221 pounds and within 8 weeks, I lost 11 pounds. Throughout the 8 week challenge, I used the MRP, fiber, supergreens, vitamins, digest ultra, and complete burn. During this challenge I was on vacation in Florida for a little over a week and the challenge kept me accountable, but I was more conscientious about my food choices in addition to working out in my free time down there. During this time I was more accountable to my products and relied on them to help me make sure I was getting the proper nutrients during my vacation. It made me realize how important meal prep is and staying consistent with the gym is for a healthy lifestyle. Losing weight and eating healthy has always been a struggle because I was so busy and would always be on the go so grabbing food here and there from various restaurants was always the most convenient. When my dad was diagnosed with heart disease and had a heart attack it was a huge eye opening to the path my health was headed. So with this company and products it has educated me to better health and living a healthier and more positive lifestyle.
