When I started this challenge I was 90kg now im 84kg!

I was using the sculp set products on this challenge, I took all the products everyday practically,I might have missed a day here and there but i tried to be consistent as mutch as I could!

My routine was taking the Supergreens and the Berry Blast in the morning on waking up,a couple of hours later i would have the Yor Shake, then I would have my Digestive Ultra with my biggest cooked meals of the day usually at lunch and dinner,i would also have another Yor Shake as meal replacement or post workout and to finish my day I would take the Probiotics and the Repair Ultra just before going to bed!

My Training routine was very minimal as I work 12 hours days 6 days a week and being a father makes it very hard to find the time! I was training 3 to 4 times a week at home for about 30 min just doing light weights and I would go to the gim to do heavy weights once a week usually every Friday!

Doing the challenge change my life completely I never been healthier and fitter as I am now and this is just the beginning as I will definitely be doing another challenge very soon!
