This is my first 8 week challenge and for me personally stuck to my regular eating habits. Wanted to put these products to the test and am truly amazed. With training for football 3 times a week and maybe one weight session a week I have lost 3.2% body fat now down to 6.7% and put on 1.5kg of skeletal muscle whilst putting on over 1cm in size around arms chest and legs.
I used the full system (sculpt pack) for the entire challenge but also took a weekend away 4 days no products and truly without giving my body what it needed felt the difference.
Playing at an elite level of sport my recovery and performance is essential and these products have deffinately taken me to the next level I can't thank yorhealth enough for what they do for our body's :)
