Hi, my name is Priscilla and I've just completed my first YOR Health 8 week Challenge. My initial weigh in was 78 kgs and today I weighed in at 69kgs. I've lost a total of 9kgs body weight, dropped 5kgs body fat and gained 2.6 kgs of muscle mass.
My challenge consisted of using Berry Blast, Super Greens, Fiber, pro-biotic tablets, muscle recovery, digest ultra, vitamins and the YOR Health MRP shake.
I completed my 8 week challenge on a remote site in Western Australia as I work Fly in Fly Out. As my goal was to lose weight and maintain or increase muscle my husband and I set our training schedules around availability of the equipment in the gym and factoring in the weather conditions as the temperature would often be around the high 30's when we trained in the afternoon. My schedule consisted of waking up daily at 3am for strength training, preparing for a 10-12 hr day onsite followed by a 6pm Bootcamp session each evening on the footbal oval in the hot Pilbara weather battling flies & extreme heat.
Each morning I wake up to my power drink (made up of SuperGreens, fiber & Berry blast) muscle recovery & pro-biotic tablets. I have another super green and Berry blast drink at smoko (10:30am) digest ultra with my lunch & dinner with recovery tablets before bed. Within 30mins of each training session ending I would have a chocolate MRP shake.
Since taking the products I have noticed a dramatic change in my energy levels, overall health & fitness performance. I was able to get the nutrients I needed that we don't often get with camp food and make it through some very long days onsite with ease.
