¡Hola! Soy Hector y tengo 25 años y soy empresario. A pesar de que siempre me ha gustado el ejercicio, siempre me ha costado trabajo generar masa muscular y sobre todo ¡tener cuadritos! Mi trabajo únicamente me permite hacer una hora de ejercicio, misma que he dedicado a correr 6 días a la semana 7 km y hacer un poco de lagartijas y abdominales.
