This is my second round of the challenge and I've absolutely loved it. I'm still on my way to reach my goals but I've never felt better than I do now.
Before using the YOR Health products I was fatigued, had trouble falling asleep, craved sugar constantly and ate fatty, processed foods as I didn't care for myself enough to make good food.
Now I feel 110% better than I've ever felt before. I have no issues sleeping & have plenty of energy to get through my busy days. I know what it feels like to feel great on the inside and have found the motivation to fuel my body with healthy food. I enjoy being active, eating well & using the products.
My starting weight was 78.4kgs. My final weight is 80.5kgs and I lost a total of 5.5cm overall. I may have gained weight but I've still lost centimetres from my body. I have greatly improved my fitness levels & performance at the gym this challenge.
