Cuando empecé el reto, tenia no solamente el problema de sobrepeso (pesaba 110 Kg), sino que adicionalmente, me sentía cansado, enfermo y sin energía.

Una vez inicié el reto, lo hice con toda la intención de mejorar mi salud, ya que soy un hombre de 51 años y necesito conservar una calidad de vida mas que un tema estético que finalmente uno consigue sintiéndose mejor.
