Well I started off at 64 kg and now 8 weeks later I'm now 70 kg, not quite what I was aiming for but is an absolute great start. Was having Berry blast + Super greens + fiber plus together with round 550ml water in the morning and that was absolutely amazing was so full of energy all day long, Was having a Yor shake straight after gym work outs, Yor Digest Ultra 1 with main meals, Yor Ultra repair 1 in the morning and 1 before bed, Super slim 1 30 - 60 mins before main means , Yor Essential Vitamins 2 with main meals and Yor Probiotics Ultra 1 befor bed. Now was get absolutely amazing results from taking all these products but sadly only had Yor shake, Berry blast for the first 3 weeks then ran out and couldn't afford more as of bills then I also got made redundant at my job 4 weeks. Excersized 4 times first 2 weeks, 2-3 following 2 weeks then unfortunately was only able to excersize once the last 4 weeks. I know that these products have impacted my life soo much, because I've never felt so healthy, energetic, happy, positive and just excited to get more products and to get all my friends, family and as many other people as i can because i believe everyone deserves to feel this way :D .
