This is my third Yor Best Body 8 Week Challenge with YOR Health. My starting weight was 77.3 KG, 8 weeks later I now weight 81 KG.
I took everything that was provided in the Sculpt Set; 4 Yor Shakes, Yor Supergreens, Yor Berry Blast, Yor Digest Ultra, Yor Probiotics Ultra and the Yor Repair Ultra.
I used the products everyday and followed the recommend regimen that was given to me in the challenge party.
I tried to exercise 5 days a week with to rest days on the weekend. Mixing my exercise program with heavy compound workouts with supersets and a little jogs in the mornings.
The Yor Best Body 8 Week Challenge has changed my life completely, all I ever wanted was to be happy with my physique and this challenge is a awesome motivator to keep my mind focus towards my goal.
I recommend everyone do this challenge or at least give it a go if they want to do change their health and fitness lives.
