During the period of this challenge, I lead a very busy lifestyle. I was travelling around extensively and working late into the night growing my businesses as well as still working a demanding job. If I wasn't taking the full YOR Health product range everyday I know I would not of been able to do what I did without losing my great health and fitness or getting run down and sick.
