My fitness goal was to lean up especially around my stomach area and put on lean muscle, I have always managed to bulk up quite easily but never achieved lean, ripped, light & healthy.
For me the most exciting part of it all was finding a supplement range that works for my body as I have a mechanical heart valve and on warfarin (Blood Thinners) which means I have to be very careful what I put into my body unfortunately finding out the hard way when taking other supplements in the past which threw my blood levels out of control putting myself in hospital on 2 occasions from all the chemicals and fillers in those certain products.
For the whole 8 weeks I stayed very consistent with taking majority of the product line following the correct steps and managed to squeeze in on average 4 workouts a week with such a busy schedule. I honestly don't think I would of been able to achieve what I have inside and out without these products.
