Yuss, well 8 weeks ago a started this incredible challenge to firstly actually feel comfortable in my own skin but to improve my Asthma and the lack of feeling i had in my hands from a head injury i got lat year.
Im proud to say these products have done everyrhing i had set mysefl out to achieve, on top of that gaining so much more faith in myself to really live off no excuses. The products helped me lose effective weight but to have my asthma improve on this level is crazy, i now can run continuously without stopping to use my Asthma Pump also improving the lack of feeling in my hands is incredible, been able to produce more than 5 chin ups is something i never thought id be able to do again an now to be able to do that is not only mind blowing for myself but also the people around me. This challenge has really shown me that anything is possible . I have lost a total of 7kg, 3kg off my goal weight but wow im stoked with these results an i can not wait to start my next challenge.
