My name is Michael Booth and I started off my 8 week challenge at 58kg. upon my final weigh in I weighed in at a very happy 61.3kg.

The products I used for the challenge were Probiotics and ultra repair tablets when I wake up. A berry blast and a MRP for Breakfast. A digest ultra with my meal. A berry blast before a workout. A digest ultra with my dinner. and lastly I would have a repair ultra just before bed.

I would usually go to the Gym 3-4 times a week for the duration of the challenge.

I am so incredibly pleased with the results I have had from these products! having lactose issues for the last few years has made my life a struggle but since being on these products I can now eat small amounts of lactose products without having any negative effects. the berry blast has helped me get up and ready for work in the morning without having to drag myself out the door and has generally helped with my self esteem by giving me the energy and feeling healthy and good enough to go to the gym and change my life!
