Hello everyone, my name is James Shirley and this is my first 8 week challenge. At the start I was definitely a little sceptical as some would be and I was feeling average and didn't really have much drive, but by the second week in I knew I had found a winner. My energy shot up dramatically which also meant that I could train more often and a lot harder.

When I started I was 93.5kg and I am now 90kg. I feel so much lighter and my knees are thanking me for it.

I took the Yor Probiotic Ultra every morning as soon as I woke up.
The YOR Shake mixed with YOR Super Greens after every workout (which was about 10am most mornings) and then I would take my YOR Repair Ultra at night just before bed (on the days I had trained)
I took the YOR Digest Ultra with my big meals if they had meat in them.
I use YOR berry blast for the days that I train in the gym and then have football training at night or basketball games (to give me that longer lasting energy)
