Inicie el reto pesando 87kg y lo termine con 82.6kg.
Tomé un paquete Fitness con la intención de mejorar mi apariencia física y la verdad fue un inicio con dudas.
Al final de este reto me siento muy bien y el progreso físico a sido notable, puede que no se note mucho en el interior pero por dentro me siento estupendo.
Y eso lo puedo notar en mi metabolismo, en la digestión, en la resistencia muscular y la capacidad que ahora tengo para soportar sobre mi un peso inclusive mayor al mio.
