Well over the christmas break I like most others indulged in great food and drinks with family and friends. I decided to rarely take my Yor health supplements and as a results I packed on the weight and was felt feeling bloated and lacked energy

Now I have always relied on my strict training program to help get me great results however this time around I got shingles and tore a tendon in my big toe. This dramatically affected my training and could only train 5 out of the 8 weeks. I still managed to lose 1kg over the time I was out of train due to the amazing Yor Health supplements and controlled diet.

My product usage was as follows. Awaken with a shake including super greens and fibre. The MRP shake with berry blast before training to help me through the training sessions. Also a MRP shake after training and Yor repairs at night for recovery. I love the probiotics before bed and always took the Digest and Vitamins with my main meals for optimum digesting and nourishment.

I never thought with injury I could get results like this. So before I believed in these products 100% but now I believe in them 200%. So happy with the results and I can thank Yor Health for this !!!!
