i started the 8 week challenge with my house mate as a bit of incentive to get back into gym starting this way made it easy as we were both pushing each other and it meant that we had to stay committed. the challenge worked well as it kept me on track with my diet because the app continuously reminds you of what goals you have set and what time to take each product.

during the challenge i followed a pretty basic routine as far as taking the products every morning started with a mix of the Yor shake mrp, berry blast and the Yor super greens this worked well as i start early and don't usually eat breakfast so the shake was a perfect alternative to not eating at all. I took the Yor digest ultra and probiotic with my lunch time meal and doubled up on the digest if i was having a not so healthy lunch. i finished my days use of the products by taking the Yor repair ultra with the multi vitamin and the Yor mrp and this was done after i finished my daily work out.

i found the products to not only help with with my needs in the gym but to also give me a massive boost in all of my day to day tasks 3 days after starting on the products i noticed that i was thinking clearer and getting a lot less tired during the day it also helped me to sleep better.
