Hola soy Reyna, estoy súper contenta de haber concluido el reto de 8 semanas!!!! Gracias a mi hermano Juan Manuel que me dio el mejor regalo de Año Nuevo: YOR HEALTH!!!!!!! He logrado bajar 20 libras de peso, y también pase de talla 18 a talla 10!!!!!! Yor Health cambió mi vida, mi autoestima, mi cuerpo; hasta mi familia se ha motivado a ir al gym!!!Tratamos de ir los 7 dias de la semana, hacemos zumba y bootcamp 2 horas 5 dias a la semana y por suspuesto los productos de Yor Health cada dia.
