I started out at 233 pounds but after entering the challenge I had notice my weight had shot up to 238 pounds, but I was not about to let weight get back on my body like that so the products I mainly used were the yor complete burn, the vitamins, the MRP, the supergreens, the fiber, the muscle energy, and the super slim. I took at least two complete burns a day and did take the muscle energy after almost every workout for the first 5-6 weeks of the challenge. Over the past two weeks I have taken the slim and burn and have increased my cardio and decreased my weight lifting in order for my weight to go down. I worked out approximately 4-6 times a week ranging from 60 minutes to two hours. I started to notice an uptick in my weight, whether that was do to lifting more weights or not I am not sure, but I increased my cardio over the last two weeks and have noticed my clothes are looser than they were before.
