Me siento mejor físicamente voy por mi segundo reto y ya entré en mis seven de soltera antes de tener a mis 2 hijos! Estoy feliz sin las famosas itis y sin espinillas. Gracias al Reto Yor best body.
Empece a hacer ejercicio en youtube con los vídeos de Jane Fonda aunque sean old school para ser principiante lo logré.
Mi producto favorito es el supergreens y la malteada también me encanta me la hacía con vainilla un día, otro con berrys, en las mañanas con Berry blast y así las disfrute muchísimo.
Mi equipo también se inscribió al reto así ue fue muy divertido hacerlo juntos y cuidarnos de no pecar.
Ya quiero empezar mi siguiente reto ; lograr mi peso ideal y luego hacer el reto Fitness.
