Hi I started the Yor Health journey with my husband. He was having bad digestive problems and had no luck with any other products he had tried. He then gave Yor health digestive ultra a go!! Wow the change happened overnight!!! So this got me motivated in trying the other products on offer and that's how our journey started.
I work and study full time and always struggled with my energy levels always felt fatigued and sluggish with no energy left in the tank to exercise at my full potential .
Since taking berry blast and go greens I've noticed a massive change in my energy levels. Having that extra drive has really helped me to exercise and get the most out of my workout.
My daily regime consisted of:
Wake up: probiotics and repair ultra followed by a supergreens and berry blast shake
Breakfast with a digestive ultra and vitamins
Lunch and Dinner I would alternate with a chicken garden salad or wrap and the yummy Yor shake and I would add different fruits to it like raspberries, blueberries, bananas.
I also gave myself a cheat meal over the weekend ;)
I would workout 5 days a week mixing it up with weights and cardio.
I started the challenge at 69.8kg and have lost 4kg I couldn't be happier :)
Thanks to Yor health I'm now using the most out of my body and I feel great everyday!! It's helped my loose weight and start to tone up :)
