I can't believe how successful my journey has been using the Yor Health product range!
I started the challenge at 80kg where I wasn't happy with my health. I'm now down to 73.4kg, while also putting on lean muscle in the process.
Before the challenge I got introduced to the Go Greens pack and due to the amazing improvements I had with my digestive system, I knew I had to then try the whole product range and really take my transformation to the next level.
After the usual Christmas season of overindulgence and excessive alcohol consumption, my wife(Chloe Deacon - who has also smashed her challenge in the Female Sculpt category) and I really wanted to slim down, tone up and get behind the eight ball this year with our health and fitness.
We committed ourselves to a strict routine of exercising every day during the week whilst alternating between extreme cardio and weighted gym sessions. Our gym sessions ranged from 45 - 60 minutes and the cardio sessions were a min of 40 minutes. We also walked the dog for 30-60 minutes after these sessions (when we didn't feel totally spent!) On most weeks we would also find an opportunity to do something active on the weekends, this was usually a gym session or walking the dog.
I started my days with a probiotic and Repair Ultra. Shortly after I'd mix a Super Greens and a Berry Blast to kick start my day. For years I depended on coffee to wake me up and I never would have thought that I could possibly give that away in the morning. To my amazement though, I cut down my consumption to only a cup or two on the weekends.. and I love my home barrister coffee! So for the Berry Blast to be able to curve my craving's, I was completely blown away.
For Breakfast I'd mix a Vanilla Shake with frozen berries & Fibre Plus and drink it on my way to work, which suited my early starts with limited time to prepare breakfast. With this I had 2 Essential Vitamins. An hour prior to eating a small snack for smoko at 9am, I'd have a Super Slim. With the snack I'd take a Digest Ultra. For lunch at midday I took 2 Essential Vitamins along with a meal and another Digest Ultra. I'd have another Super Slim prior to a small snack at 3pm before doing a daily exercise. After this I'd have a Chocolate Shake with 2 Essential Vitamins. Before going to bed I'd take another Repair Ultra.
I can make a case for each and every product that I had and how it helped me in achieving what I have today. But if I had to pick one that stood out for me I'd have to say the Repair Ultra was incredible! Prior to taking it I always struggled with poor recovery, which often prevented me to back up the next day, fearing the possibility of injury. Feeling tight and sore would often result in me losing motivation in exercising the next day. Using Repair Ultra though, allowed my body to recover quicker than I ever had before, which allowed me to exercise day in, day out. I truly believe that my success was greatly accountable to using Repair Ultra, not only in the physical form but mentally as well as I didn't have to go through pain and soreness, which can negatively influence peoples motivation towards achieving their goal.
Now at the end of the challenge I've reached my goal weight. I look and feel amazing and find that I can get more out of every day.
