Hola, ¿como estas? mi nombre es Víctor Hugo Ancona Zárate mi peso al iniciar el reto de 8 semanas era de 115.0 kg, y despues del reto es de 108 kg, temo que no llegue a la meta que yo queria, porque creo que no lo tome muy en serio, sin embargo no me fue tan mal, perdi 7 Kg en 8 semanas.
Los productos que use fueron: 3 YOR MRP, 1 YOR Shape, 2 YOR Probiotics Ultra, 2 YOR Digest Ultra y 1 YOR Berry Blast.
Tomaba los productos al principio con poca frecuencia, y ya en las ultimas semanas del reto, no me los podia perder!!!.
Hacia 3 días de ejercicio, caminatas de 5 km cada session.
El Impacto que ha tenido YOR Health en mi vida ha sido, super genial, he recuperdo mi ropa que ya no me quedaba, de usar shorts de elsatico y playeras XL era muy dificil pues no podia salir a ningun sitio, y cuando salia solo usaba un pantalon, que era el unico que me quedaba, no podia utilizar t-short porque no me cerraban los botones, solo tenia una que me quedaba mas o menos. Ahora ya puedo salir a muchos lugares porque la ropa ya me queda, obvio no toda, pero es una motivación para mi seguir con YOR en el proximo reto!!!
