Hi I'm Joseph..I just finished the 8-Week Challenge and I tell you guys it was GREAT!! I Love the change that happened..the weight I lost and the leaner muscle I gained and I look more sculpted, I can say that YorHealth Products are "THE" best products to lose weight and get sculpted.
Anyways about me, I was unhealthy,fat and weighed 63kg before I started the challenge and the products, and wanted to lose weight and gain leaner muscle. so now I weighed 56 kg and I'm sculpted more than ever before.
I take Ultra Repair & Probiotics upon waking up and YorMRP and Fiber for breakfast and Super Greens and Berry Blast for snacks before lunch, Essential Vitamins and Ultra Digest during meal and Ultra Repair before going to bed.
I take the Products everyday and its a part of my daily meal, while going to the gym and doing workout almost everyday, 6 days a week to be precise and sunday for my rest day and exercises include.
