During the 8 week challenge I lost 2kg and 2% body fat! I was 60kg and now I am 58! I am very very happy with my results!

I used all the products during my challenge. The greens, fibre and berry blast first thing in the morning before my workout, MRP shake after my workout, digestive enzymes and superslim before my meals, two vitamins a day, and muscle repair and probiotic bwfore bed! All the products are amazing alone but when I used them together along with a healthy diet, my results really came through and I feel the best I ever have!

I exercised 6 days a werk doing weights and HIIT but it was actually fun because I had my fitness buddy who was also on the challenge commiting to exercising with me!

Before I knew about YorHealth, i was modelling fulltime and had alot of pressure to be slim.
