Hello everyone! My name is Liana and I'm 21 years old and I just finished my FIRST 8 week challenge!
I just wanted to start off by saying this is the first photo I have taken of my stomach. I am so insecure about my belly and can't believe I'm showing it off today!
YOR health has made me feel like a million dollars! I have smashed my personal best in my exercises and waking up at 6am every morning ready to go!
I have finally realised that with the right nutrition along with my daily exercise I really can achieve my goals.
YOR health products are amazing and this is what my daily YOR health routine:
Morning.
• start the day off with YOR supergreens mixed in with my very addictive berry blast!
• YOR MRP with coconut water mixed with my YOR Fibre and two YOR Essential Vitamins.
Morning Tea
•usually just have a fruit salad and a bottle of water.
Lunch
• lunch I'll have either have left overs or tuna and rice/ chicken breast with salad or veggies. Even a few cruskets with ham cheese and tomato.
•I also take two YOR essential vitamins and a YOR DIGEST pill which has worked wonders on my belly not being so bloated!
Afternoon Tea.
•I'm usually still full from lunch but if I feel peckish I will shake up another YOR MRP.
Dinner - my personal favourite meal of the day!
•will always be something healthy such as grilled fish, steak, salmon, soups, chicken or a roast! Majority of the time it will be with vegetables.
•plus another YOR digest and two YOR essential vitamins.
bedtime
•always before bed I take my YOR Probiotics.
My mood and attitude towards life has completely changed and I'm so excited to do another challenge to be able to rock a bikini and not feel so self conscious about my self and be able to feel comfortable in who I am.
