Hey everyone at YOR Health,
So over the last year I put on over 10 kilos and was feeling really bad and lazy, but decided to take some action and say good bye to those extra kilos with the YOR health products of-course! This was my second attempt at the 8 week challenge but this time I went all out and took all there products, apart from the YOR health repair ultra as I tried to take them, and 3 nights in a row I couldn't wake up for work! Let's just say they worked a little bit to good!!
My week consisted of a morning walk with gym 4-5 times a week at about 1.15 hour per session, my diet didn't change at all, still indulged in a few beers and wine every night with dinner!!
My total weight lost was 8 kilos and 5cm around the waist, 5 cm around both Thighs together, 2 cm around each leg, 4cm around the chest and 1 cm around each arm! All and all couldn't be more happier with my results as I am feeling and looking better!!
