When I started the first of january my weight was 197 LBS. Full of (#$%^) from the hollidays.
The YORHealth products I used during this challenge kept me going.
Although i didnt submitted my journal every day, I used the products every day, a few times per day. And i loved it.
I exercised pretty often, i had a few bad weeks with a lot of challenges, but heay, not everything is made easy.
I did my karate lessons, kickbox and crossfit trainings and my workouts at the fitness.
I realy enjoyed this challenge, it made me reach my goals! Whohooo!
Up to the next challenge for bulding more muscles and a lower fat percentage
