On January 10th one of the most exciting days in my life occurred, my son Cassius was born. But I really didn't understand the stresses of becoming a new mom. As well, my recovery process from the birth was long and hard. I found myself still eating for two (maybe 3) and finding comfort in the food. It wasn't until Carlos, my husband, had a little intervention about this. I was scared because they say baby weight is one of the hardest things to loose. But I became so determined. In my before pictures I weighed 141. So what I did was starting to take the products again on a regular basis. My MRP in the morning, digest ultra & vitamins with every meal, and a probiotic ultra every night. And a supergreens mid day. I also worked out once maybe twice a week if I'm lucky, it's hard finding a baby sitter sometimes. And when I did work out I took a complete burn. In the first week I already dropped 3 pounds! I always tell people that abs are truly made in the kitchen, not only the gym. With proper digestion and nutrition, I saw my weight drop 1 pound by 1 pound. I am now 14 pounds lighter then I was 8 weeks ago. It's one of the best feelings in the world looking in the mirror knowing I am a step closer to my dream body. I also want to be a inspiration to all mothers out there that you can do it, that it is achievable. I want to be a mom that when people see me, they gasp and say OMG your a mom!
