Hoy termina mi primer reto, en verdad me siento perfectamente de salud y con mucha condición física, fue más sencillo de lo que imagine, hubo días que no pude hacer mi rutina de ejercicio, pero no desistí, lo único que quiero es empezar el siguiente reto y lograr el cuerpo que alguna vez logre cuando era mas joven.
