Entré pesando 54.20 kg y termino con 54 kg.. lo mejor de todo es que pude ver que no baje en músculo sino en grasa. De cintura baje 78cm a 74.5 cm, lo que nunca. Eso habla de que baje grasa y mantuve mi músculo. Me tomaba las enzimas con mis comidas (comida y cena). El MRP después del GYM, las vitaminas en la mañana, tarde y noche, y el Super Greens al medio día (entre comidas). Hubo un tiempo que estuve viajando (sumando los días fueron 2 semanas de las 8). No hice ejercicio en esos días, pero si me tomaba mis productos. En cuanto al entrenamiento, iba 3 a 4 veces a la semana. lo que si note fue que mis brazos y espalda se tonificaron grueso, mi abdomen esta más comprimido, me siento mas segura, mas saludable, mas ligera.
