For my third 8 week challenge my goal was to slim down and put on lean muscle. I decided to educate myself a bit more on nutrition to make this more of a long term lifestyle change as my ultimate goal is to win the yearly best body challenge at our annual event. I used all of the products YOR health has to offer. The greens and fiber in the morning, digest and multivitamin with my two biggest meals, probiotic and muscle repair at night. I took the super slims when I remembered, however I wasn't too strict with them and I would use the berries as a pre workout and MRP after most workouts. I suffered injuries playing footy years ago and have since found it very difficult to perform any cardio activities that I enjoy so had struggled to keep weight off until I came across the YOR health product range. Because of these injuries I was also taking anti inflammatory drugs everyday which played up with my stomach and aren't good for you so the repair ultra has been by far my favourite product as this is the best my body has felt in years. I managed to lose 1.5kg while putting on muscle so I am very happy with my results and can't wait to start the next 8 week challenge!
