Me llamo Yesenia Mendoza
Entre al Reto porque quería recuperar mi peso que tenía antes .
El reto de 8 semanas es una oportunidad para poder hacerlo de la manera mas sencilla; mi meta inicial era bajar 10 kilos y lo logre enfocándome en el Reto de Yor Best Body.
Cuando comencé mi peso inicial era de 87 Kg. Y al terminar fue de 77 kg logre bajar 10 kilos, me siento más contenta, con más energía, y sobre todo mas bella .
Mi plan de suplementos era al despertar, lo primero que hacía era tomar una capsula de probiotico como desayuno mi malteada MRP de chocolate o vainilla deliciosa , en la hora de la comida una capsula de Enzimas Digestivas después del segundo bocado de la comida ; en la noche mi Malteada MRP.
Depende como me sintiera o la carga de trabajo que tuviera tomaba el Berry blas , lo tomo en la mañana para que me de energía o antes de ir a caminar.
