Hey everyone, ending my second challenge very excited with my results, I thought I could not get even more fit, but here we go.
I achieved my goal of getting 1 more kg, I was 76 kg now I am 77kg, I got more muscles and lost fat.

I take 8 from the 9 products.

Starting my day:
-I have my Yor shake (2 scoops) with 1 scoop of super greens, 2 scoops of fiber plus, 1 berry blast mixed with banana, taking 1 repair ultra, the best break fast ever, passed like 1 hour I have small snack.

Lunch time:
-I have 1 enzyme and 2 essential vitamins

Afternoon:
-I have a snack with 1 essential vitamins and 1 berry blast

Dinner:
-I have 1 enzyme and 2 essential vitamins

Night:
-I have a snack and 1 essential vitamins, when I go to bed and my stomach is empty I take 1 probiotic and 1 repair.

I exercise 6 days a week, twice a week I do Boxing, twice a week I do Capoeira, twice a week I go to the gym or park. I always have my yor shake after exercising, 3 scoops! And everyday I do a little bit of cycling.

The challenge has impacted my life in a totally different way, I don't only feel with more energy, but also my body is recovering very fast. After finishing this second challenge I can notice that my body is even more fit and I feel more healthy than ever before. This challenge not only keeps me moving and enjoy life in a totally different way of living through this amazing products, but also changed my whole expirence with my exercising routine, I feel that I am in the best performance ever.
